 Development of a concept to completion master strategic programme alligning project objectives with the client's vision and goals. Best practices in project management, resource allocation, and risk assessment, establishing clear timelines that facilitate effective tracking of progress.  The strategic programme will serve as a guiding framework that not only enhances collaboration among team members but also drives the successful delivery and management of the project

Development of phasing and construction logistics execution plans alongside to programme.  These will enhance the engagement by giving the client team and stakeholders clear and concise pictorial methodology to explain the programme.  These plans will be developed progressively alongside the programme and assist with early design , applications, specialist engagement.   This incorporating a mixture of 2D, 3D and 4D.

Utilising programme and strategy to create an immersive and collaborative experience ensuring all stakeholders, specialists, contractors and suppliers are inclusive in the programme development, progress updating and reporting, to ensure shared vision, commitment and accountability driving project success.  Engagement and supply of documentation for engagement with local authorities and third party applications and approval processes.      

Providing expert advise during early and progressing design stages.  Exploring buildability, optioneering, challenging the sequencing, outside the box thinking, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), to ensure the best value engineering options are put forward.  This will be bolstered by Project View obtaining expert advise from the construction industry specialist constructors and suppliers. 

When Procuring Main Contractors, Project View will assist in documentation for the tender enquiries and then support the client team reviewing the programme, methodology information provided by the Main Contractor Tender Submissions.  If two stage tendering, support will also be provided during the Main Contractors design development and then on their submissions aiding in the award process.  

Project View can assist the Client Team during construction periods by being a specialist advisor on the Main Contractors progress reporting, programme impact assessments and extension of time claims.  Provision of independent progress reports to allign to the contractors reporting and assessment on any upcoming risks on behalf of the client team.
